Summary
| An ion energy converter was a blaster component that could be used along with an ion casing to install a burst ion module in a VM-19 heavy blaster pistol.During 3 ABY, Danka Orsato gave a job Kay Vess which required an ion blaster. Vess stated that she could modify her VM-19 and Orsato sent her to pick up an ion casing from Belo Roovin's pawn shop. Vess asked Roovin where she could get ion energy converters after picking up the ion casing, to which Roovin informed her that those were illegal to sell. Afterward Vess contacted Waka, a mechanic who was working to repair her ship, who informed her that she would need to steal converters from either Crimson Dawn or the Pyke Syndicate. Vess later she retrieved the converters and used them and the ion casing to modify her blaster. | ||
